What type of things went bad?
1 - At check in, I asked to put my PC number on my room, as I always do at the hotel for points for incidentals. A quick response was shot back at me, "Why bother, you don't get any points..." I asked again for bar bill etc... Was done grudgingly.

2 - Air Conditioning unit in room, when turned off, every 30 second made a loud buzzing noise. Could not move room as there were no other "BA" rooms available.

3 - This property used the Lux shower gel bottles stuck to the wall, it was empty. As was the hand wash one by the sink. So, after getting in shower, had to get back out again to ring downstairs for something to wash with.

4 - Something so simple, but both the "primary" loo roll was almost empty, as too was the "secondary" back up one. Again, something I had to call and ask to be sorted out.

5 - Property gives complimentary drink voucher to Gold and Plat members, which has been given to me every time I have stayed, irrespective of me being on an air crew rate. I have even been checked in by the front desk manager who willingly provided it for me and welcomed me as a Gold. This time, when I enquired about it, I was told that I was not entitled to it due to air crew rate.

As I say, nothing massive, just little things that I should not have to be chasing.
