Air Crew Rate - Complaint not being taken onboard.

As most know, I am airline crew. We stay at several IHG properties and one in particular I am a big fan of and bid to work trips to this city as I enjoy staying at the property.

My most recent stay was pretty terrible. I am not one usually to complain about the little things, but when too many of the little things have been ignored or no care taken, then it gets a little annoying.

I have contacted Guest Relations, due to the night manager dealing with some other issues when we checked out at 05:00. The enquiry with guest relations seems to be getting no where as they keep referring back to the rate paid and it being an air crew booking.

I am under the impression that no matter what the rate, the basics should be right?

A I getting my pants in a twist about nothing?

My airline has a block booking of 40 rooms at this property every night, and although the rate may not be to the liking of the hotel, they are not forced to sign the contract..!

Sorry, a bit of a moan, but I am getting fed up of the conversation between IHG Guest Relations and myself...
