T1 and T3 adjoin each other. IIRC, due to enhnnchents, getting betweent the two now involves a trip landside and a walk outside.

don't check bag through. If you are handbagge only it's pretty do-able. If you have bags it's probably do-able.
But it won't take much of a delay to cock-up your plans and a 30 minutes delay on any flight is something I always allow for.
