Here's the question, I am aware that my PC membership entitles me to US Airways as well as United Red Carpet access. However, what I am trying to figure out is -- do I need to be flying on a United ticket to go to a United Club, and a US Airways ticket to to go a US Airways club?

Thanks!
Since you're new, I'll also point out that you don't need to be flying...period. Continental will give you a gate pass to enter their clubs. I live in Orlando where there is only a United Club, but the CO agents have no qualms about giving me a gate pass (the sense I get from them is that they're already thinking of themselves as United airlines). Too bad it's an RCC, so no free booze. But, the perk is great for picking up/dropping off friends, which was the case last night.
If any CO agent seems unfamiliar with the PC gatepass, just let them know "the sonic reference is gg checkpoint, line #53" - that's always done the trick.
