No luck at all with EC - was told that I will just have to book a new award ticket and the miles spent on the old one are gone. The fact that the flight was booked barely 20 or so hours ago makes no difference.


Currently sitting at the Terraces lounge, waiting for CX ticketing to reopen before the 11 pm flight - maybe I will get somewhere with them.



Not having a good day so far...
