I saw a Japanese program on the same topic last month. While my Japanese is quite poor, in this particular case, it wasn't especially difficult to follow along.

They focused on 3 airports:

-SXM
-some place that appeared to me in northern England in which it looked like planes were landing on water (the runway was some sort of sand bar)
-an airport in a mountainous region (Alps, maybe) with a short angled runway

If I were to produce such a show, I'd surely add SBH to the list. Back when my dad was into flying, he got the special certification that is required for pilots to land there and brought the family down... very exciting landings... lots of planes have ended up in St. Jean Bay over the years.

I suppose the old HK airport (Kai Tak) might make the cut as well, but stock footage isn't an especially glamorous way to go.
