If you're just noticing that and haven't paid much attention to the account, sounds like some of the miles might have expired. You can only get six months of history online. Miles expire after 18 months of inactivity.

In any event, you'll need to call AAdvantage customer service--their number is on the AA website. If some miles did, indeed, expire, ask about a re-engagement challenge if you want them back.
