I think you should have contacted the respective airline's CEO immediately upon discovery of the economy class loo problems to demand that all economy class passengers be thrown off the flight in case they needed to invade the first class loo and that the flight departed immediately upon discharge of those people.
Just the airline's CEO? I think the UN and Amnesty International should have also been contacted as it is a clear human rights violation.
