B Watson, I think your entire idea of 'other countries' is limited to Canada

Could you show me between which US city pairs you can fly for $10 each way? Because in Europe you can fly for under $20 to many cities on the frequent low-cost fare sales of Ryanair, Easyjet, Air Berlin, Germanwings, Air Europa, British Midland - even British Airways!

So next time please don't give us the spiel that American consumers are spoiled
