Comcast SUCKS! with a capital S. But, imagine, if you lived in a area where they were the
ONLY option for high speed internet. And, no matter how much I keep 'upgrading' to a more premium (high speed) version of their cable internet it still doesn't get very much better.
I can't even begin to explain how this frustrates me.
That was my parents thoughts too when they were in Andover. They were amazed once they got down to NJ a couple of months ago and were given a choice of providers for cable/Internet. Right now they're saving a ton (due to the promos), but even long-term the costs will be significantly lower than what they had with Comcast.
