As a Club member, your immediate family members (including children under 18) are welcome at any Club!

House rules, from website (emphasis mine)

Club members may be accompanied by immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner and/or children under 18 years of age) or up to two guests, provided that US Airways, in its sole discretion, determines that adequate space and conditions exist. However, you must remain with your guests at all times during the visit. No guests are permitted with a paid one-day visit or complimentary one-time admission. All visitors to the Envoy Lounge in Philadelphia must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by an adult.
