I'm currently staying here right now. The property is very nice, however gets a major thumbs down for the following. I called down to request extra water and Coke (something I've done at both Wall Street and West Hollywood with no problem) and was told there would be an extra charge because the minibar is only stocked once a day

Edit: Just received a call back from Guest Services (about 10 minutes after the above) with an apology and noting that since I was a Diamond member, that they'd be happy to send them up complimentary. Not sure if it had anything to do with the post on here (probably not but ironic nonetheless) but ^
