I am not going to go do the research for you, but I will say that I read my share of AAIB, BEA, AAIU, BFU, NTSB, TSBC, ATSB, BEA, CENIPA, MAK, ANSV (and many other State authorities) accident reports and I know that (conservatively speaking) the vast majority of flight numbers are not changed. Go on the respective web sites and see for yourself.
