All they had was the Alaska confirmation number as the delta part was the nearly 20 hours later. Its possible that one confirmation didn't have the ticket number in it. However, if AS noted the reservation as no show where DL could see it, then AS must have seen the same as DL (which included a ticket number). I'll be sure they have DL ticket numbers and both confirmation numbers when they return to the airport tomorrow.
