Do you want to keep the phone so you can express your discontent about the options they offered?
I'm not personally affected, since while I do suffer from decreased reception with the way I naturally hold the phone, I have plans to get the OtterbBox Defender case as soon as it is released, which will cure the issue for me. But I find the way Apple handled this by sidestepping the issue, laying blame in the wrong places, and claiming things that anyone with a basic understanding of technical concepts and basic physical principles can see is false to be insulting to their customers, and they need to be held to task for that.
