Please clarify; AS showed one or both tickets (on seperate PNR's) as no show...I ask 'cuz if one is properly ticketed and that pax chose not to get on the plane so to stay with the other distressed pax, then technically, it's a no-show for choosing not to travel.

As for compensation, $200 (each?) is likely more than hotel and voucher. I'd ask for cash, though. Do this the very next time you see a DL agent, though you'll have to put up a fight, and will likely lose.
