purchased 2 tickets on separate PNRs, from MZT-LAX-JFK on AS connecting to DL. Arrived in MZT, told DL didn't pay AS for one ticket. So both passengers don't board. AS notes record as No Show.

After 4 hours on phone, DL rebooked to next day flight. There is no DL desk in MZT, so it's not possible to request food or hotel voucher. I was offered a $200 voucher for each passenger. Should I take this or wait to land in LAX and 'request' more?

So what is the process for DL ticket screw ups when DL isn't at the problem airport?
