Should be changed to, all JAL Global Club members have oneworld Sapphire recognition.

My wife is JAL Diamond, and never joined JAL Global Club. She just earned 50,000 FLY ON Points for the year. Will she get the JGC application, or should she inquire about it (now that I talked her into it)?
