When we went down last weekend...
Gap was no problem. Jockey had a sign in the door saying they'd honor it. Banana Republic was honouring it. BCBG did not (??). Tommy Hilfiger did not.
We should have just asked just for the heck of it in the stores we didn't buy anything... oh well.
Looked like Ross in Burlington honoured it because they had a card you needed to fill out that included BC as one of the sales tax free areas.
Big 5 Sports and Charlotte Russe in Bellis Fair did not.

Yeah, I was surprised how well versed the clerks were for this.

Anyways, when I checked on Friday the 9th, apparently the decision on the temporarily injunction was moved back a week.
