I never much pay attention to them here where the typical Safeway has a small sliver of their meat case devoted to two brands -- Safeway Select and Johnsonville. I must also add that brats have never tasted better than when cooked over campfire by a beautiful, moonlit WI lake but I'll take 'em @ MKE Concourse D just the same.

I will be headed up to wisconsin in august to see a friend and delight in the best cuisine MKE can offer. I've never been one for brats, but hopefully this trip will change that!
I'm also making plans to dine at nonna's before my flight home...
