I have flown UA at least five times in the last several months, and so far, the UA folks have been fine. I even had a gentleman on a 777 dinner flight ORD-DEN provide as good a first class service as I've ever seen. He even provided me the pre-flight Bloody Mary that I requested, which prompted the 1K next to me to comment that I had "broken the mold".
