So saying the word "bomb" three times allows for the police to be called? What happens if one walks into the checkpoint and says "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice"?

Being that the person was tricked into saying the word "bomb" two of the three times, I'd have a hard time meting out any punishment. If something like this were to go to a jury trial here in the states, I'd ignore everything that was said in court and simply take the position of "not guilty" during deliberation if I were a juror.
