Keep in mind that there frequently are VERY cheap flights to AGP from European gateway cities like CDG, MAD, BCN, LON, MIL and GVA. Usually under US$60 a.i.. Easyjet, Spanair, Vueling and the infamous Ryanair are the usual cheapos, but BA, IB and other legacy carriers can be surprising competitive too.
So if booking codeshare to AGP scares you off, you can book DL all the way to a gateway city and take a short non-mileage earner to AGP.
