What are the best options transportation wise to and from this hotel? Taxi, hotel shuttle, shared van...? What is the cost associated with it?

Also, need a little advice from the F/T crowd who has stayed here before, I am heading down for a one night trip (taking advantage of the USAir H/S/J promo) and wondering if I should get the A/I package for $70 or stick with the ala carte menu? I will probably arrive at the hotel during lunch and leave right after breakfast the next morning.
