I would actually lean my chair back into them if I thought it would squish their legs up a bit and make them uncomfy. If I was feeling really ambitious, I might even just switch to the seat in front of the parent and just put it back and up incessantly for a while to let them see how awesome it is to be annoyed like that.
LP, you are a horror show. Great! Just who I was looking for! I hope people like you do the things you say you'd do to annoying people, to teach them a lesson the way I would if I weren't so damn polite.

But why sit in front of them and fool with the seat-up-seat-back thing? Why not move to the seat behind the parent of the offending kid and kick 'em coast-to-coast?
