I don't think OP even mentioned the exact times for the layover. Also, if they only have 8 hours from landing until takeoff (again, never explicitly mentioned) a 7 hour trip would be nigh impossible.

Are DMZ tours to Panmunjom even running at this point? I had heard they weren't due to Chonan sinking and escalation of words.
