She won't be in the same terminal as the *A lounge. CO departs from T4 which has the Holideck and SkyTeam lounges. CO uses the SkyTeam lounge there and, despite my post above, AmEx Platinum does NOT get access there. See this post for clarification.

If that's the only credential your friend has then she'll have to either buy a day pass for the Holideck or chill out in the terminal.
