Granny should check her bag in at ticket counter so she doesnt have to rely on employees to carry her bag..My mother is older and pays to check her bag because she knows it would be hard for her to carry it herself..I am shocked that granny expects the airline employees to carry her bag that she packed when she is not willing to do it herself?
