If you use Hotwire instead of Priceline, you will see an amenity list before you purchase. That will verify whether the property has a pool.

Also, check bookit.com, they have some nice dals for NOLA right now. It's the offseason (summers are hot) so it shouldn't be a problem finding something affordable.
