LH "devotee" here, but recently LH has been asking way too much for their service...

1) On QR's webpage there is an old (dating 2007) link about Rail and Fly offer within Germany. Has anyone used it? If so, what's the procedure of booking it?

2) I will have 7 hours in between flights. Last time (over two years ago) I remember going to a paid lounge (I think it was 20 EUR for an 8-hour visit). Is it still functional?
