Unnacceptable? Haha. Are you kidding me? If it's that unnacceptable to sit in Y, then buy a ticket to F and quit your whining.

I've logged 124k miles on DL this year and made a switch to UA due to weekly travel in/out of DEN. My upgrade % on DL was vastly superior, and I find the F product in many cases to be much better (AVOD, Wifi, etc).

But, when missing a UG on UA, there is E+...

I never understand how one can rate an airline poorly due to upgrade %. What were your thoughts on UA before unlimited domestic upgrades - the swine of all mainlines? And...UDU doesn't even exist on AA at a level comparable to platinum. Not a fair comparison.
