Edited to add: the same automatic system called me about a cancellation recently, about 22 hours before flight time. Of course, it couldn't rebook me automatically, it asked me to call customer service.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. It IS in my profile rather than registering for each flight singly. I'll try changing it to voice call. (Funny thing is that before they had the ability to sign up for flight paging through the website, our corporate travel had given them my pager number and I got called any time there was any change)
