The Holiday Inn Narita has a free shuttle bus to/from the airport and also to/from Aeon Mall. ^

Make sure you join Priority Club (free) for a room upgrade and the choice of a free amenity (bottle of water, discount off a meal and other things). It's an older style hotel but is very clean.

They have very reasonable rates and for not much extra you can include breakfast.
