I haven't on my last several trips out of country, but they're usually shorter trips (just a few days). I have several American colleagues spending 4+ weeks on site in China and I think all but one have done the American fast food thing in town and in Hong Kong on the weekends. As falconred stated, they all want a taste of home. I'm sure I'd feel the same way if I were out of country for weeks at a time.
