Can one buy miles with cash ?
I think the answer is no.. but thought I'd ask...

And I think the only way is to perhaps use $ to buy points on Starwood Preferred Guest and then transfer 20K points for 25K miles to Privilege Club.

I'm saving up for hopefully an upgrade on my GRU trip later this year.
