Good point. I suspect many FFs find they get unduly irritated when service deviates even slightly from what they have come to expect. I can recall a few times when my blood pressure has started to creep up because of silly little changes which I should have no real cause to get worked up about. For some reason, it is often those minor things which I seem to recall more than the more major "one off" incidents.
