Hi flying pig, first thing I would do is open up your ROP account and try to buy one there, if that fails I get the local office to call Bangkok and the answer is back in 24hours. If you have tried all these, then the procedure has changed. Post back, if that is the case, can't have this happening, ruin all our flying
