Well, my expectations are tempered by flying a bunch of AS, DL, AA, US and WN Y on 2-4 hour flights.
US and WN of course (since no F) are the only carriers in your list I would rank below CA on a 2 hour flight. I happen to enjoy AS, DL, and AA.
