I did not suggest filing false complaints. Any complaint that specifies an issue should help TSA to clean up its act. Whether they choose to take information from the public onboard or not is their problem.
I know you didn't suggest filing false complaints. That suggestion is totally mine. Sometimes creative minds need to find something to occupy themselves while waiting in line... it seems like the false complaint idea might fit the need when waiting for useless, inane security procedures at the airport.
