The exit row of a CRJ200 hands down. There isn't a seat I avoid more than that when I fly delta. (or any other airline). Its hard, no extra leg room, and just makes the CRJ200 experience even more awful than it already is.
+1! Not to mention the fact that invariably you end up next to another big guy (who thought that any exit row would have more room and didn't know about this cruel joke on the POS CRJ200) (and yes, "POS" stands for what you think it does).
