My sister and infant (under 2 years of age) are travelling from YYZ to AMS next month. They are booked in economy. I was thinking of paying to have them seated in Economy Comfort on a 747. Does economy comfort seats at the front row have bassinet facility? If not, would a bulkhead seat in the standard economy cabin be better than any economy comfort seat?
