Miles related to four flights (two with LH, two with SN, all in V class) have not been posted on my account. I contacted the customer service twice submitting copies of the boarding passes and e-ticket, but my miles have not been posted yet.
The standard answer is that they forwarded my request to the operating airline and if the flights are eligible the miles will appear on my account after 2 weeks.
6 weeks or more have passed in the meanwhile. Per CO website, the flights are eligible. What to do at this point?

Call the One Pass Service Center, give them the reference code and they will look into it for you.
