I haven't seen CRJ to CR7 swaps happen except during irregular operations. Keep in mind that swapping a CRJ requires finding a routing with a CR7 that has enough empty seats to downgauge, and doing it far enough in advance to actually sell the extra seats. Not to mention there are crew routing issues as well, since a CR7 has two F/As.

I wouldn't count on a swap.
