How did you do it? I bought a non-refundable ticket on KL via Delta over the phone, because I live in the United States and the website wasn't working. However, the flight is roundtrip, with all stops in Europe and on my receipt the carrier is KLM. When I had to cancel the ticket, Delta refused to refund any of the taxes. How can I get my money back?
