All these rates are not part of BRG program.

It’s also good to know that you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee, if multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates, and room type are available through a Marriott channel.

If you search, use travel search sites, but always check rates (and currency used) at referred booking site on a day by day basis. It’s easy to beat quoted $ 299 rate (was it CAD or USD?), but not as easy to beat Marriott’s BAR rate: As a result, you will find these rates on some third party sites: $ 265,19/284,15/189.42. All these rates don’t qualify for a BRG claim as Rate disparities is solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates.
