As a Star Alliance Gold I'd like to book into CO's version of E+, but without documentation, they will charge me. I do all my booking online, is there any way to link the two accounts? Just had a very frustrating conversation with an MP agent who advised I need to make any seating requests at the airpot. Is this right? Can it really be that cumbersome? Any insight would be appreciated.
