You need to look up the KL booking class for your flight, then look up this fare class in the DL earning miles chart of KL marketed flights, to see if you earn miles.

Be careful there: T class on DL often compares to V class on KL, these are one of the cheapest booking classes at both airlines. But flights in KL V class do not earn any miles for DL Skymiles! Often I see KL flights slightly cheaper than the DL flights on the same DL metal (like $10-$20 cheaper), but IMHO it's not worth it if you then don't earn the RDM and MQM miles.
