Hi everyone,

My Mom is flying from phoenix to london and london to hyderabad and she has to catch her connecting flight with in 60 mins. the connection is in the same terminal, which is terminal 5. but one of my friend is saying that its too little time to catch a connecting flight in london and as my mom knows little english, I am worried. Please share your experiences or any info u have,
1.If you had connections in terminal 5, can you please let me know how time it might take to change flights.
2. I understand that BA gives ticket to the next flight to hyderabad which is on the next day, but will they give hotel accomudation.
3. If she has to take a hotel, will she require a visa to go out of airport and stay for a day. If so will the visa be given at that time? (my mom has Indian passport and a US visiting visa)

Any one who had missed their international connections, please share your experiences.
