Do they have to gets fifth freedom traffic rights through STL-PVR? Is that F9 gotten approved from DOT. So I wasn't aware of F9 will start service from STL-PVR during winter seasonal 2010-11. What about increase the frequencies STL-CUN from Saturday only to 3 or 4x weekly is enough. I believe the entire routes is doing very well. Maybe F9 will becomes year-round.
