Buy 2 seats under ONE name ?
can one buy 2 seats under ONE name ? That is, can ONE passanger pay for two tickets for (just) ONESELF and occupy TWO seats ?

If not Delta, does any other airline allow this ?

PS: this is to accomodate medcial necessity
